Anyone that follows this blog will know right away why I’ve added it to my highlight list. I think it is truly beautiful when you stumble upon a blog that you can literally reblog every single thing from and it makes you a better person by just scrolling through and reading the posts of that blog. This is one of those blogs. Alhamdulilah, May Allah bless this beautiful blogger and keep them on the straight path. Spreading such a beautiful view of Islam through Tumblr. poeticislam replied to your post: I was trying to find a photo of Iraq to put on my blog because I post so many other Arab countries and all I could find was picture upon picture of American soldiers or war. Iraq is not defined by the war or by Americans being there, it is such a beautiful country and that is so underplayed by the negativity that has become synonymous with it’s name.

Very true, also true with Palestine, such a beautiful country, overshadowed by the occupation :( ! I will also try and find pictures of Iraq!
